What we do in Mahi Tahi.

In Mahi Tahi we do... Adim/Roll, reading, brain break, maths, morning tea, writing, independent, lunch, and either we have something like more independent time or art sometimes we do sports instead. The special events we have is.. one of them is house colour day which is when 4 of the house colours will dress up in their house colours and come to school and we do these rotations for the house colour day and the house colour that has the most points gets i don't know yet, the 4 house colours are Ruderthed (red), Shepard (yellow), Blake (blue) and Hilliary (green)... On Fridays we have fun Friday which is when we have 4 rotations and the 3 class's will be rotate around, 10P has ICT first then we have technology then we have cooking then we have Mandarin then after lunch we do... something fun like go out for a game.

What if rats were round?

If rats were round they wouldn’t be able to fit threw a rat hole or a mouse hole they wouldn’t be able to get away from cats but it would be funny watching a cat try to get a mouse/ rat cause a cat would also be fat! And then the rat/mouse may have a chance to get away from the cat but no where to go hide because it too fat to fit into a small space and the mouse traps will be too small for a rat to get trapped in it but if they did get trapped in it that will go down nasty because the fat rat would pop like a balloon.

Tin foil men.

Last week and the week before we were making
tin foil men! We had to put them into positions
in the Olympics, after we had sculpted our tin foil
men, we got a square piece of wood and we wrote
our names on the ruff side of the wood, on the smooth side we painted it the colour that the type of sports wood be done on, i did blue for gymnastics's because they do acutely do gymnastics on a blue flooring (sometimes) Anyway, i hope this inspires you to make tin foil men or woman it is fun and easy to do. I hope you like the making of the tin foil men! :D

My speech.

I hope you like my speech i was afraid that no one would like it, but I'm sure you will! (hopefully).

My speech is about, If i was a teacher for a day, i hope you like my speech i was afraid that no one would like it but I'm sure you will! (hopefully)

What if i was a teacher for a day? I would give detention to all of the naughty disrespectful kids, all the good kids would be rewarded with more independent time and be able to do more responsible activities.

There would be a special corner just for the naughty kids, I would always have a taser on me, so then if there was a kid which had started a fight or insulted other people they would be tasered for 5 seconds straight. The kids that get detention would have their clothes striped off until the end of the day. That’s what would happen if I was a teacher for the day!

Good kids would be rewarded with amazing things like, trophies, a small bag of lollies, more independent time. More art would be done if the whole class was being good for the day, (naughty kids not included). If the bad, disrespectful kids act good for the day we will go out early for the day and they would get to choose the 3 games that the class will play (music would also be also included).  That’s what would happen if I was a teacher for the day!

If I was a teacher, the work would be boring and most likely hard, It would be cool to hang out with the children and to boss people around, being a teacher for the day would be awesome.

On Monday’s the day plan would be, Spelling test, Reading, cooking, brain break, writing, morning tea, art, independent time, lunch, pack up go out for a game, home time. Then the Tuesday plan would be, maths, brain break, reading, morning tea, DEAR, writing, cooking, lunch, pack up go out for a game, home time. All the other days will be the same, apart from Friday it would just be cooking, art, and a bunch of games.

In conclusion being a teacher for a day would be the most fun ever, because you get to have the responsibility to look after the kids, and be the most awesome, amazing, beautiful, teacher at the school! Thank you teachers, parents, judges, classmates for coming have a nice day.

Manual

Manual was great fun, on the way to the manual place, me and my friend Anna, were talking, and talking all the way there, when we got there... We sat down at a table, and a girl and a boy which i forgot their names, introduced them self's, then they put us into groups, sadly i wasn't with Anna. Then my group went into cooking, the lady told us everything about her life, and all of the yr 7 and 8's cooking that they did, then she gave us the recipe and all of the ingredients, then we sat down at our kitchen tables, and started to make mini pizza's (yummy). After we cooked them, we got to eat them, and sure was it yummy! :D

After we made Pizza's we had lunch out it the courtyard, after we ate we played a game of line tag.. but then me and Anna got bored of that and started to play with my littlest pet shops. Then when lunch finished we went back inside and we made these acrylic key rings.. I made one just for Anna! It was a minecraft chicken.. since she loves chickens... Then we took a picture and got onto the bus... and went back to school, it was a blast! I cant wait until next year, so then i get manual every Thursday!
